Back To Business.
Black Shuck Books' anthology of the Wellbrook High incident From Tomorrow is still available. My tale As If Your Mouth Were Sewn Shut sits alongside work from a roster of talent, available from Black Shuck Books, along with Amazon U.K. and Amazon U.S., too. As always, my full body of published work is here (in addition to the Free Fiction on this site).
Having done FanExpo in Toronto, Ontario in Canada at the end of August (and long overdue since I missed it last year), I caught up with friends, genre peers and also sat on an HWA panel. Following that, next on the itinerary will be FantasyCon, which is scheduled for mid-October.
September should be a quiet month. Just as well; I'm still doing edits the second draft of one of the new books. Which is painstaking, but it should be a more immersive experience for the unsuspecting reader. Plus, I still need to do basic research and outlining on the next book. There's also another piece outstanding for an anthology invite - so I need to hit the ground running as soon as I wrap the current project ...assuming I don't pick up any beta duty.
Busy is as busy does.
